The core of Aquire's network is built on redundancy and high availability. We use highly available and fault tolerant equipment that ensures maximum uptime for our network.
Our Australian data centres are all redundantly connected to each other using multiple suppliers and multiple network paths to ensure that we can continue normal operation even under severe conditions.
The use of premium Cisco networking equipment throughout the core network means that we can comfortably provide a reliable network performance.
Our international private links between our Australian data and contact centres and our Philippines contact centre are redundant and protected services. Our international carriers, Telstra Global and NTT offer us protected services and guaranteed return of service.
The main link is a DS3 protected services, which travels between the two countries over multiple paths which allows it to recover from many faults automatically with no interruption of service providing excellent connectivity and reliability.
The secondary international link from NTT has hand off points in both the USA and the Philippines and is a MPLS cloud link which gives it multiple redundant paths between the three points of connectivity.
